Coaching Packages

Coaching is not therapy. It is not counselling, and it is not mentoring.

The role of a life coach is not to share their opinions and experience with you. Coaching is about helping you finding your goals, committing to them and achieving them.

The focus of coaching is on the present and the future, not on the past.

Every client jointly signs a commitment contract with their life coach.  I set the terms of the commitment contract to fit your individual goals and plans. 

The first step is to schedule a discovery session.  In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from there. 

 A life coach can support you in finding and staying on your path.  By building a relationship with my clients, I can help you stay motivated and on-task, helping you move toward your long term far-reaching goals. 

 It depends on what you want to achieve. Coaching shouldn't be done as a one off, as the value lies in the accountability support that the coach provide on short, medium and long term. During the discovery session, the coach will be able to advise you on the best fit between the available services and your goals. 

 You can stop the coaching sessions at any time you desire. If you believe that you have reached your goals or that the approach does not suit you, you can cancel/stop the session at any time.
